Youth Fitness Program

If you are looking for a fun, supportive and safe approach to fitness and weight management for your child, then look no further!  Bon Secours Sports Performance now offers a 6-week youth fitness program that encourages kids to take control of their own health and well-being.  This program is available at our Memorial Regional Medical Center and Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center locations locations.

What makes our Youth Fitness Program different from those at other sports organizations? At Bon Secours Sports Performance we provide a safe experience and a more personalized approach to improving your child’s athleticism. Our group based program focuses not only on exercise but healthy eating and lifestyle habits your child will carry into adulthood. Your child will gain confidence with being physically active in a program designed to be challenging and engaging.  The group based approach will keep your child motivated to reach his or her goals.

Our 6-week youth fitness program, priced at $150, includes:

  • 2 exercise sessions per week with a Performance Specialist in a small group setting
  • 3 hands-on nutrition education sessions with a Registered Dietitian

Individual sessions with a Registered Dietitian to create tailored meal plans and/or goals can be added upon request.
