I grew up in Redlands, California where I began participating in spots at the age of 5. I have had a passion for exercise, sport, and competition ever since. This passion led me to compete in Cross Country, Soccer, Wrestling and Track and Field during my youth and eventually to Coaching at the High School Level. Seeking further challenge in my own life I went on to join the Air Force. During that time, I gained experiences training for both a mission and life. Since then, I have been going to school to gain knowledge and experience to become a better coach. My goal now is to help others to train both their minds and bodies so that they can challenge their current abilities and live their purpose.
